About Vincent

Meet Vincent Dubiansky

Vincent Dubiansky, ARA, is the Founder and President of Farm & Timberland Services, Inc., based in Leesburg, Georgia. With decades of experience in agricultural and timberland appraisal, consulting, and finance, Vincent provides trusted guidance to landowners, investors, lenders, and agricultural businesses throughout the southeastern United States.

A graduate cum laude of both the College of Environmental Science & Forestry at SUNY Syracuse (B.S. in Land and Resource Management) and the University of Natal (M.Sc. in Agricultural Management), Vincent began his career in South Africa, where he lived from 1976 to 1986. During that time, he met his wife and started his family, but as political instability and violence escalated, he made the decision to return to the United States and begin a new chapter.

After a brief period in New York and six months working as a forester for Temple-East Tex in Texas, Vincent realized the corporate world was not where he was called to be. He relocated to the Southeast to join Southern Plantations Group in Albany, Georgia. After many years at SPG, he took a leap of faith and founded Farm & Timberland Services, Inc., building a business centered on expertise, practical solutions, and genuine care for land and the people who steward it.

Vincent earned his CAC designation from the American Society of Agricultural Consultants in 1989 and his ARA designation from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers in 1990. He is also a Registered Forester and Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Georgia.

Over the course of his career, Vincent has remained committed to integrity, family, and sound agricultural management. Today, he is proud to work alongside his daughter, Kathy, as they continue serving clients with the same values that shaped the foundation of the business.
