About Kathy

Meet Kathy Lamb

Kathy Dubiansky serves as Vice President of Farm & Timberland Services, Inc., where she plays a key role in daily operations, research analysis, project management, client relations, marketing, and field work. She also serves as the primary liaison between clients and lenders, helping landowners and agricultural families navigate the financing process with clarity and confidence.

Born in South Africa and raised in Southwest Georgia, Kathy attended St. Teresa’s Catholic School and graduated from Deerfield-Windsor School before studying at Valdosta State University and Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. Before joining FTS full time in 2016, she pursued a career in wine and hospitality, studying to become a sommelier — but her heart never left agriculture. Even then, she found herself more fascinated by vineyard management than by wine tasting, which ultimately led her back home to the family business.

Working alongside her father, Vincent, has been a defining and deeply meaningful experience. Their shared passion for agriculture and stewardship has strengthened not only their work, but their relationship — something Kathy considers one of the greatest privileges of her career.

Today, she brings a blend of analytical skill, on-the-ground experience, and genuine care to her role, helping clients make informed decisions about their land and legacy.
